Support Survey Results

September 2010

Provet IT conducted a second email survey to determine the performance of the Service Desk in September 2010.  Users of VisionVPm, E-Order, DIA, VivaVPM and Vetcare were surveyed. 

VisionVPM users provided the best return rate of any of the user groups, with over 30% completing the survey, giving us some great feedback.  All clients who responded rated VisionVPM service as average, good or excellent, with over 60% rating the service as excellent.

February 2009

During February 2009, Provet IT conducted an email survey on the performance of the support desks for all of the applications supported by Provet IT. 

We received excellent feedback regarding VisionVPM support with an overwhelming 99% of VisionVPM responses indicating their support was average, good or excellent and 96% rating the service as good or excellent.
